Senator Rucker  moved to amend the bill on page 8, section 2, after line 57, by inserting a new subsection, designated (h), to read as follows:

(h) All moneys collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the Hazardous Waste Emergency Response Fund, as established pursuant to §22-19-3 of this code.
